Who likes to put heavy objects overhead?
If that is you, get excited for six weeks of “Barbell Gymnastics!” Each 2-hour session taught by Kallista Pappas will consist of drills and skills to improve your technique and speed-strength in the Olympic Lifts.
You may recall Kallista has coached on the Burgener Olympic Lifting certification team, and has competed in countless competitions as a nationally ranked olympic lifter. She has run several lifting series classes in the past and finds them incredibly fun and beneficial for CrossFitters.
Starting next week we are offering two-hour sessions twice a week. Each week will have a training focus and specific theme.

The intention is for each participant to make at least one two-hour class a week, and they are priced accordingly. However, if you have the time and would like extra work on a specific theme, you may attend both for no extra charge.
There are only
TWELVE SIX spots available in TOTAL for these classes. They will be small and conducted in a relatively intimate and hands on manner. Kallista will work with each individual to maximize their experience and results. Consistent attendance and commitment is key.
Enrollment is now open to all communities. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to secure your spot.
A few notes from Kallista….
The sessions will be filled to the brim with drills, skills, and technical exercises to hone your lifts to 10.0 perfection. Whether you are considering competing in Oly Lifting in the future or just a beginning CrossFitter and want to improve your workout times, this is a great time to work toward those PRs. It will be great exposure to sport specific training as well as diagnostic of any holes in your overall fitness.
Olympic Weightlifters are often deemed the “most athletic” of the strength athletes because of the high level of flexibility, power, speed, and precision required in putting big weights overhead. Strength is not a prerequisite for this clinic!
Come prepared. Your brain will be challenged, no doubt. So, leave your ego at the door and come have some fun!
Always sticking the landing,
