You want to get physically fit. You want to push yourself. You don’t want to get injured. Let us show you how by teaching you to move correctly from day one.
We ask all new members to complete our injury prevention series. Loft’s injury prevention series is a series of one-on-one personal training appointments. For one price, you get four to six appointments to help you feel confident in our class movements. The sole focus of these appointments is helping you to build a foundation of good movement. Every new member is highly encouraged to complete this series, and current members are always welcome to complete it again as a refresher.
