Youth Functional Fitness

If your middle schooler doesn’t enjoy team sports, but you still recognize the importance of physical activity at this age, come try out our middle school program! Specifically tailored for ages 11-14, this class helps pre-teens develop confidence and coordination at their own pace. All workouts are individually tailored within a group class.

Classes are taught at tweens’ developmental ability level for skill work and workouts. We teach essential movement skills that will leave your child feeling agile and competent. We’ll guide them through a variety of exercises, using equipment like lightweight barbells, dumbbells, and medicine balls. Along the way, they’ll develop muscle memory that will serve them for years to come.


We offer classes on Monday through Friday from 8:50am-9:50am
