Open Gym

Do you want to do your own thing? Or maybe you have a crazy schedule and our class times don’t work? Or are you feeling stir crazy at home during the pandemic and want a place outside of your home to workout?

We have 7 clean socially distant pods dedicated for non-class workouts, just for you. Each pod can be reserved in 45 minute increments. Staff members are available to help answer questions during this time. Bring your own strength training program, make up a workout you missed, or focus on active recovery like cardio or stretching. The time is yours, how are you going to use it?

All day open gym times:

Monday-Friday 5am-7pm
Saturday 8am-1pm
Sunday 8am-1pm
