If you’re not ready to be indoors yet or you just love sunshine, our West Seattle outdoor fitness classes are for you! Loft outdoor fitness classes are for anyone who wants a great workout in a safe, fun, group environment with built in accountability. You just show up – our coaches provide the motivation!
Outdoor fitness classes have different equipment options. If you have a dumbbell or kettlebell, bring it! If you don’t, we’ll still give you effective, creative workouts using the track, stairs, bodyweight exercises.
We currently offer outdoor classes Monday through Friday at 6am, 10am (M, W, F only) and 5pm. As well as on Saturday and Sunday at 8:30am.
