What is Odd Objects Class?

Everyone is welcome to our newly-named Odd Objects Class (formally known as Strongman)! Cheer each other on as you train traditional Strongman events and techniques, in a friendly and inclusive space. This class is appropriate for all levels of athlete; we can not emphasize that enough. Come learn the basics, or just have a good time picking things up and putting them down again.

Events may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Atlas Stones
  • Yolk Walk
  • Farmer’s Carry
  • Tire flipping
  • Log Press
  • Axle Deadlifts

This class is both functional and fun – learn to move things quickly and efficiently!

Second Sunday of every month, 10:00 am – 11:30am
