Olympic Weightlifting

There’s much more to Olympic lifting than large men in tight outfits.

In fact, you can learn no matter what your body type or clothing looks like! We offer specific classes to work with USA Weightlifting-certified coach Lincoln Brigham on the snatch, the clean & jerk, and their accessory movements. These 45 minute classes are appropriate for any experience; from beginner to advanced athletes. Additionally, any of our open gym times are perfect for extra coaching by our staff or sport-specific trainers.

Class Times

Wednesday: 5:20p – 6:20p, 6:30p – 7:30p
Saturday: 10a – 11a, 11a – 12p
Sunday: 12:30p – 1:30p, 1:30 – 2:30p
