Olympic Weightlifting

Do you want to improve your Olympic weightlifting? Is your entire knowledge of Oly lifting that it involves large men in tight outfits?

We offer specific classes to work with USA Weightlifting-certified coach Lincoln Brigham on the snatch, clean & jerk, and their accessory movements. These 45 minute classes are appropriate for beginner to advanced athletes. Additionally, any of our open gym times are perfect for extra coaching by our staff or sport-specific trainers.

Class Times

Wednesday 5pm and 6pm
Saturday 10 and 11am
Sunday 11:30am and 12:30pm
