Sometimes pre-set class times just don’t work. We limit open gym spots based on square footage, just for you. Each pod can be reserved in 45 minute increments. Staff members are available to help answer questions during this time.

Bring your own strength training program, make up a workout you missed, or focus on active recovery like cardio or stretching. The time is yours; how are you going to use it?

Monday-Friday: 5a-7pm
Saturday: 8a-1p
Sunday: 8a-1p
