What is Powerlifting?
Similar to the format of Olympic weightlifting classes, Powerlifting classes focus on squat, deadlift, and bench press, as well as accessory movements for those lifts. Each class focuses on one lift at a time, and is taught by Coach Tim, who is USA Powerlifting Certified. Beginners can come learn the ropes, and intermediate lifters can join to get some reps in and receive advice on their form.
